<spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri; mso-hansi-font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"="">  在施工四个月里我也经常到工地看他们施工的情况，我是外行也能看出好多地方施工不规范，门框里面都是用不用的木板固定，墙体和木板的空隙我五个手指都能伸进去，外面用漂亮的门框包装一下忽悠老百姓。有的辅材不是合同上面写的，厨房吊顶也不是按图纸上做的，毛病一大堆，监理人怎么算是施工质量合格的。合同上面写每个施工结束以后，由业主，项目经理和监理一起来看，如果合格就在合同上签字才可以做下一个项目，我也不知道哪个项目工程结束，但他们从来没跟我联系，到了施工全部结束，项目经理和监理拿了厚厚的像天书的本子让我在里面签字，我看了一下，就是每个项目结束以后让我们三个人签字的内容，有签字和日期的地方他只让我写名字，不写日期，说他们来写，这说明每个项目结束的日期我都不知道，当天我不签字，下一个项目他们就不能做。<spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri; mso-hansi-font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"=""><o:p></o:p></spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri;></spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri;>

<spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri; mso-hansi-font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"="">  还有我跟华佑签的是全包合同，它供应的材料都说属于环保材料，志邦家居我看还是可以的，但顾家家具的质量就差劲，给我的床，电视柜，还有沙发都有异味。施工是去年七月结束到现在16个月这么长时间味道还有，特别是床上的软包仿皮味更浓，一天24小时有1/3，八个小时人睡在床上，我把窗户和门敞开稍微好一点，但夏天和冬天都要开空调，关上就能闻的难闻的味道。过了几天，华佑请来一个在环保公司上班的小伙，跟我说还是仿皮的问题，因为味道在仿皮上，它很难全部散发出来，还有一部分在里面。监理也来过，也闻过说这个床跟其他业主买的床是一样的，但你这个床味是最难闻的。还有马桶下水管道也会堵，经理问我你家有没有便秘的病人，我也奇怪，便秘的病人跟马桶堵塞有什么关系？他说排出去的大便会把排水管堵住，我反问一下，全国有便秘的病人几千万，难道他们家的马桶下水管道都会堵吗？只能到外面公共厕所方便，是吗？他就说马桶有问题，无语。</spanyes;font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:calibri;>
